How to Roast Legs of Mutton Goat in Pakistan and India

Here we are sharing best Cooking Recipe for how to Roast legs of Mutton ( Goat ) in Pakistan and India.
Ingredients:

1 leg of goat
1 tsp cardamom powder
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp all spice powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp lemon juice



Preparations:
1- Prick the leg with a fork.
2- Make a paste of all the ingredients and marinate the leg in it.
3- Leave for at least three to eight hours or overnight.
4- Place the leg on a baking tray and pour two cups of water.
5- Bake in an oven at 160 degrees Fahrenheit 350 for a couple of hours, turning the leg two or three times so that it cooks evenly.
6- Baste with oil and grill till well done from both sides.
7- Garnish with onion rings and coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat masala.
